Agreement

If you use Zamyu on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or services.

Early-stage product

Zamyu is an early-stage product. Features, availability, pricing, and service levels may change as we build with early customers. Previews, betas, and early access may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. We will be transparent about what is available today whenever we can.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting access. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Zamyu for business purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or other customers.
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use the services to build a competing product using non-public Zamyu materials.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of content and business data you submit to Zamyu (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the services you request. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Zamyu, including software, branding, documentation, and website content, is owned by Zamyu Technologies or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks except as needed to identify the services in good faith.

Third-party services

The services may integrate with third-party products (for example payment processors or accounting tools). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Fees and trials

Paid plans, if offered, will be described at purchase or in an order form. Indicative pricing on our website may change. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Early access or preview programs may be free or discounted at our discretion.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, ESPECIALLY DURING EARLY ACCESS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAMYU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ZAMYU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES).

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a preview or the services. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Zamyu Technologies is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer or local laws provide otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory laws.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
